Torresmo- Brazilian Special

We love a limited edition flavour at Snaffling Pig (some of you seasoned snafflers will know our Xmas specials), so we set Chef Pig a challenge: To come up with a Brazilian flavour, inspired by the O….er ..the big sporty event happening in Rio we’re legally not allowed to mention. (Yes, really.)
 
The result is something wonderful: Ladies and Gentlemen, we give you Torresmo!
 
Torresmo is the Brazilian word for Pork Crackling. Like over here, it’s a popular snaffle in bars across the country, which probably makes it the most relevant snack to Rio you could eat. In your face, crisps. 
 
Our version is flavoured with classic tastes of the region- a gentle, warm spice finished by a little lime kick. In tasting it’s been one of our most universally liked seasonings ever.
